Cancellation
Cancel through the Waffo customer/payment controls. Cancellation and access timing follow the subscription state reported by Waffo; canceling does not necessarily erase access before the current paid period ends.
Refund processing
Waffo’s payment, refund, dispute and mandatory consumer-rights rules apply to the transaction. When a signed refund event reaches Global Day Tracker, the site records the event and updates the entitlement.
