Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful personal planning with dates and status inputs you are entitled to process. Do not interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities, overload its infrastructure, misrepresent results as an official decision or use it to violate another person’s rights.
No professional or official determination
Results do not establish tax residence, immigration status, visa eligibility, filing obligations, a right to stay or eligibility for a tax benefit. Verify dates, source updates, status, visa-sticker limits, permits, exclusions and exceptions with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
Pro subscription
Pro is an annual recurring subscription priced at $39/year before any applicable taxes shown at Waffo checkout. Waffo is the payment merchant and hosts the checkout, billing, receipts, payment method, renewal and customer payment controls. A signed Waffo event must reach the site before Pro entitlement is activated; a redirect alone never unlocks access.
Cancellation and access
Use the cancellation/customer controls provided by Waffo or the route in your Waffo receipt. A cancellation may leave access active through the current paid period according to Waffo’s subscription status. Failed payment, refund or termination events can change access. Keep your receipt and subscription reference.
Local data and exports
The ledger and scenario are stored in your browser. You are responsible for keeping a backup and for controlling any downloaded or printed report. Clearing browser data, changing devices or using private-browsing mode may remove locally stored records.
Account access and sign-in codes
A signed browser session is required to save a watchlist or start checkout. Every new session must be verified with a short-lived code sent to the email address through Resend. Keep access to the email used for Waffo checkout. We may limit code requests or verification attempts to protect accounts and infrastructure.
Rule versions, watchlist and availability
The on-site update feed contains changes we have reviewed against linked official sources. It is not a real-time government monitoring service, an email alert service or a guarantee that every change has been captured. Rules, sources and the site can change. A saved report or feed entry can become stale, so review its version and official source before relying on it. We may suspend or limit abusive traffic, security-sensitive requests or unavailable features.
No warranties and liability limits
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, complete, error-free or suitable for a particular legal, tax or immigration outcome. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
